Because of the nature of electronics unfortunately, we do not accept product returns or refunds. However, purchase with confidence AXON stands behind each one of its' products and as such we offer a lmanufacturers imited warranty against all manufacturer defects.

We ship all domestic accessory orders via USPS and all i-Myo Pro units ship via FedEx with insurance and signature required. 

Please indicate at time of ordering if you wish to have items left without signature and /or shipped to an alternate address. As we do our absolute best to pack and ship with quality and safety in mind unfortunately, AXON cannot be responsible for damage or issues after items have left our facility.
